A Chorus Line
This one was my dream company (at Sacramento Music Circus),
choreographed by the wonderful Jimmy Roddy.

Okay, I feel impelled to explain this picture, taken (to humor me) during some offstage time. Y'see, my dressing room mate, Corey, was taking a nap on the floor in costume, and he looked (to me) just like Baby John from West Side Story. And there's a scene in that show where the Jets take the fiery Anita and (in a very dance-y way) throw her down on top of Baby John in a rape-y way. I even think the musical cue in the score is called "The Rape of Anita."
So I get my pal Delyse (who's playing Val in Chorus Line) to "be" Anita for my little impromptu theatrical event, and Joe (who was Al) and David (who was Zach, and is mugging shamelessly for the camera) to play the two Jets who lower "Anita" down onto "Baby John." Corey was fast asleep until the moment I called "action" and they all went into character, which is when I caught the shot. (Corey hadn't been briefed beforehand, so he wasn't in character as "Baby John," but rather as "guy with a sense of humor who has gotten used to Scott's bright ideas.")
